"No Database Selected" error

what causes it and how to fix it?

Everything was working great up until last night and the server went down. It came back up and now I'm getting this error. No changes to any files were made.

What typically causes message to show up?

I would take a look at your mysql_select_db line and try an

or die (mysql_error())

and see if that gives you any more info
