I have made simple upload scripts where members can upload images.

I even set that they can upload 1 image per 24 hours, but they found out that they can press back button and upload it again.

How would I disable this?

how are you limiting them right now? Is it stored in a db?

if so I am assuming you check this value on page load or some other time before the upload. I would also check during the processing of the upload.
