can anyone tell me a layout changer code? i need one for my site

to change layouts like members can choose this

Do you mean sth like a skin?

Then use css, nothing else. You can either store the link to css in db (with user), or in a cookie.

Nothing more complicated. See the [csszengarden.com...] it's really awesome what you can achieve with simple css!

As for users, who cannot read css, leave them by - just make your code readable.
