I have a PHP script running on a Windows 2000 server with IIS and when I receive emails from the mail function in the script, the time is off by anywhere from 50 to 59 minutes, inconsistently.
Keep in mind that this also happens in certain ASP scripts and there is no setting for this in my PHP.INI file.
Has this happened to anybody and do you know how to solve it?

that time is coming from your mail server itself. Maybe get it a new watch. ;)

LOL. Jatar. I checked all the times and time zones on 4 web servers and they are all correct. I cannot figure this out.

not sure why it is popping up but the timestamp on email messages doesn't come from php at all, or asp for that matter.
