Anyone know of a product review script?

I have a hobby website and I want to allow users to create their own product reviews. However, I want it to have some structure.

I want it to have an overall rating taking into account the number of users giving the rating and also allow them to post comments about the products or their own mini review.

Anything like that available or do I need to write my own?

Have you had a look on the open source software sites, like sourceforge.net, hotscripts.com, etc?
