Best Php Based Cms

using mysql and an integrated forum

i'm looking to host a new site using php , mysql driven cms like phpnuke,postnuke,e107.org,drupal.org etc.

i've tried all 4 above and found e107.org to be more effective.
can someone suggest a better cms? i'm also looking to integrate any popular forum like xmbforum,phpBB,invision board etc into this.

Take a look at etomite - I have downloaded and installed that successfully on 2 separate sites (it's GPL), runs on Unix with php and MySQL - lots of features and the forums are very helpful.
