If your talking about web application framework there are a ton of free projects at [sourceforge.net...] or if you are talking about CMS's you can test drive all open source free ones at [opensourcecms.com...]

phpWebSite seems to have a big following these days... Yet, I like to write my own custom CMS's with the FCK Editor as the main HTML editor. Jeff
