Downloadable PHP Function Manual

I'm on a horrible dialup from the philippines (28.8 on a good day) and I'm using a pre-paid internet dial up card (100 pesos for 10 hours). I'm constantly searching for one function or another on php.net and wondered if anyone knew if there was a downloadable function manual - like in acrobat format, or something?

It would save me a lot of on-line time (and associated expense) if there was one, but I couldn't find a link of that kind on the site.

One cool thing about the Windows Help version is the User Preferences and Presentational Specialities which include skins and custom skins. Sweet.
