Displaying CSV Based Databases

I am trying to create a site which will display variouse statistics and errors from the last year, but on a daily base,
The stats for each day are stored in a CSV File with 8 coloms.

My problem is, how can i make PHP read in my CSV file and display it like an excel style table? is this possible? since the File does not always containt the same amount of lines.

Any help would be fantastic.
