Classified Ads Script with these features

Items Discussion + Geographic Listings..

Hi Guys..
I am looking for a classified ads PHP script that does the following:

1- Register users.

2- Can browse according to categories and according to geographic location.

3- Has featured ads.

4- Good search engine.

5- Discussion feature where buyers can discuss items with sellers (Not email, not private messages, but guestbook style discussion for each item posted).

Do you know any good ones?

if you don't.. what is the best script you know?

I suggest doing a google search for "php classified ads script" and just look around, Hotscripts seem to have quite the array of scripts.

I have done that..

But I only found one CGI script that has discussions + Featured Ads..

I was looking for your experience and suggestions..

you are asking for quite the script, I know of none that match that description. Php classifieds is my favorite though.
