Is this patch date most recent?

Went to php.net and found that the security patch dates are kind of old: 27 February 2002

Is that most current or is there another location of patches?

The latest version of PHP4 is 4.3.8, which was released last week to correct a couple of security-related problems in earlier versions.

It doesn't look like there are patches available to upgrade older versions on the PHP site, but they may well be available for your distribution via your usual update mechanism.
