that's it.
I keep a local copy of the php manual, which I find invaluable, though, of course, it does lack the excellent user comments available in the online version.

Yeah..I would definitely recommend the PHP and MySQL web development book. I found it quite useful when I began working with PHP (which was not all that long ago).
I do find myself heading to php.net quite often as well.
