PHP Script to Export a DB

Hi everyone :)

I was curious if there is a script that will read my database which is a MSSQL DB and will export it to an excel file, txt file, or any file that can import into MySQL. Reason I ask this is because my hosting company is becoming a pain and before I ditch them I want to backup my database. But I can't do that through the ASP Extension Manager via the browser.

Is there a script that will do this? If so - HOW? & WHERE CAN I GET IT?
