MySQL license in a PHP page

Slightly confused - should i be paying?

I believe that I've read the appropriate documentation for MySQL licensing, but I am left slightly confused.

My project is as follows:
I will install MySql on a web server with PHP and use it for a basic web application, using html forms, php, mysql. The server will then be sold to another company and we will control the maintenance.

Is it possible to freely use MySql in this case? I expect this answer is quite straightforward to most people with experience, but as a MySQL newbie it's not for me!

You probably want to use the Open Source License - read the terms:

[mysql.com...]

If you were doing commercial licensing of your app and it relied on MySQL, you'd have to go the other route:

[mysql.com...]
