how i can send mail with html tags in it like html page? I need to send mail with pictures and some anchors. Help!

Are you doing this from a script? If so, when setting up the body of the e-mail simply have an <html> tag at the beginning and a </html> tag at the end and 99% of email viewers should read it properly. The others are those ancient ones that don't support HTML anyhow.
Other than that, can't help you much because I don't know enough about your situation.
