In another discussion, we were discussing the merits of integrating a helpdesk/trouble ticket application with an order status/history page: [webmasterworld.com...]

I have to admit e-mail is typically the way I handle order issues, but I have a difficult time keeping track of the conversation. Either the buyer is using a different e-mail, they omit order information, or their e-mail bounces.
