Breaking down a users input...

I want to break down a large text input into the equvalent parts...

Q. I want to break down a users input from a single text box, mainly to seperate paragraphs from the text given.

Info. At present the user inputs a paragraph per text box within a from then updates the sqldb - to add a new paragraph the user clicks the add new button and enters the new text for the new paragraph, and so for each paragraph there is a text box to edit or remove.

Any help would be appreciated
