PHP 5.0 Beta 4 is out now and it should be the last beta

I am fairly anxious to see this come out as well. I will have to do a ton of testing before i roll it out on live servers though. There are a ton of changes in there.

The last three times I downloaded the PHP 5 beta (Windows XP binary), the Apache module dlls still stated version 4 (php4apache.dll, php4ts.dll). This one finally has the version 5 dlls.
