We area trying to set up a system where people can post pictures they take with their phones. Does anyone know if it is possible to build a PHP app that when someone sends an specific address an email containing an image it is then automatically posted to a page?

Do you have control of the email server? If so, are you asking if you can have
PHP activated by a mail [webmasterworld.com]?
