I was just asked to build a CMS system for a client. I wonder if there is a nice OpenSource CMS system that has a good track record. Any comments suggestions would be appreciated.

This is a common question here. I'd try a google site search if I were you. You'll find that it always comes down to specific user needs, there are a ton of scripts out there (be sure and check out hotscripts too).
