Which PHP CMS allows you to post comment for each user review?

Hi, I was wondering which CMS allows you to post user comments to each user review. It's like the 'Latest Feedback' section on this page.

Any weblog will let you post "comments" on a specific article. MovableType seems like a favorite among many users here.
