good redirect out script

does anybody have a good outgoing link script.

eg.

<a href="/out.php?url=abc.com">Abc.com</a>

i want to prevent any backlinking to affiliate urls.

I made one myself... not anything too special, but here it is.

print "<META HTTP-EQUIV=\"REFRESH\" CONTENT=\"0;URL=$url\">";
?>

Its usage is : index.php?url=domain-to-be-linked-to.com
