html editing script

Hi all,
wondering if theres any free scripts around for a website owner to be able to make simple content changes.
Looking for something where I can define an editable area(preferably several areas on one page) of the html so that the owner can login and change the defined area.
Only for a simple site and major cms is not needed.(its only for one or two pages)
any recommendations?

Thanks. that does help. I have been looking at it but there are so many to evaluate I was not sure if it was a good choice.its only drawback was that multiple editable areas were poorly supported - supposedly full support in next version.

very true about the multiple areas. i'm using the workaround currently by having two individual files with editable areas. it will be a near perfect script with that upgrade :o)
