New to Mysql, please help

I am trying to run a script and am getting the following error message:

Could not create a mySQL connection, please check the SQL values entered

MySQL error was : Access denied for user: 'pgreen@localhost' (Using password: YES)

Any help would be much appreciated.

Typically this is caused by using the wrong username/password combo in your SQL connection statement.
