Finding documentation on MIME types

I was wondering if there is somewhere on the net, that I can't seem to find, which lists MIME types for email and has documentation on it? These things have to be found somewhere...

This is the specific one I want documentation on, at it's present state, this person posted it and it works, but I'm having errors, and it's not working exactly how I want it, but I think it's the right one.
