How to open thumbs on a new dynamic page?

Hi there,

I am making a fotoalbum....I have a page on which all thumbs are. These thumbs should be links and open up a new window with only the foto but bigger.

My question is now: Is there a way to do this dynamicly (php), so that i don't have to make all these pages?
I think it may be even possible to do also the scaling dynamicly so that I don't have to make 2 pictures of each foto?
