Hello. I want to submit credit card info using PHP and Curl to authorizenet. Do i need to have SSL on my server? Will the credit card info be secured if i don't have SSL? Thanks.

You need SSL support.

You can do a few things
Disregard security, play alone and harvest a full basket of problems :)

Authorize.net won't even consider your business if you do not meet the requirements

Unless you did code a custom made cart all transactions will require (real life, production server) a SSL certif.
Most ISP will offer you (free a shared certif)
