hi every body
I'm new to webdesign, and my question is What's the definition of a DYNAMIC SITE, well i heard its based on php & mysql and its much pro with easier options to use and also to make a dynamic site i need a php server installed on my computer! how do i install a server and how do i make a dynamic site

Your web host needs to have PHP installed (I assume you're not hosting on your own computer so you don't need PHP on that).

I would define a dynamic website as one that can change based on user input. A database (e.g. MySQL) is not necessarily required.

Look for a host that offers PHP scripting and a MySQL database as part of their package and then you have everything you need to start building your dynamic website.
