Pay per click script?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a script to run my own pay per click campaign on my site.

I'd prefer if the script was entirely free, but if I must pay I will.

Other tutorials on how to create my own might be ok also, but I'm only a beginner-intermediate PHP programmer.

I did a search, but didn't find any relevant results.
