I am looking for a free weather web service to display a small icon or image on clien'ts home page to show the current weather info based on visitor's IP, so if the visitor is in Vancouver he/she will see Vancouver weather info/image/icon.
Is there such a free web service? any info would be appreciated. (I prefer the PHP related services.)
