looking for a PHP/MySQL review management script

I'm looking for a good open-source product/service review management script built with PHP and MySQL. I'm not really interested in scripts that allow site visitors to post reviews, rather a script to help me manage the reviews I write for my site. Currently, I'm hand-coding these reviews, but if anyone knows of a script that can manage this, I'd really appreciate it. Here is what I'd like to see in such a script:

0-10 or 5-star style rating for product
ability to handle multi-page reviews
ability to include images in review
title, summary and body of review
ideally, script would generate clean HTML (either HTML 4.01 or XHMTL)
output of script should easily integrate with site design
easy to extend or modify functionality
ability to integrate data from Amazon's web services or other affiliate program support
product description fields or custom fields (for things such as product manufacturer, model/part #, supported OS or things like that)
support for search engine-friendly URL's would be nice

This wish list is sort of in order of importance to me, but I'd be more than willing/happy to hack/tinker with a script to tune it to my specific needs. I've seen several web sites that have PHP driven reviews (<snip> is a good example of what I want in a review. I believe this site uses a Nuke CMS).

If anyone has thoughts, ideas or suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it!

It does all what you want and more.. :)

Hope this helps.

Need Scripts

P.S.. If I am not mistaken...

1) As per TOS you are not allowed to put urls like that
2) The review system on that URL is a commercial script. ;)
