I am very new to php and all I can do is use it in the simplest way for a website.

Works fine in IE but not FF.

However, taking away the use of php and using the same html and css the header loads fine in FF

I have also tested the header by itself in ff and is fine.

I don't know if the problem is the css or php but as it works fine using css and html without php I am assuming I've done soemthign wrong with the php but what?

Please let me know if you spot the problem, and in the simplest of terms (sorry!)

Many thanks

Welcome to WebmasterWorld sharkbait,

sorry we don't allow urls but I did look in IE, FF and Moz. Aside from some weird formatting in moz and ff everything looks the same. The page actually looks the best in IE.

what specific issue were you having? did you get an error message? did you get nothing?

Oops I am so sorry, I was in a hurry to post and skimmed over the rules. :(

Thanks for your reply.
It appears to me that the images in the header at the top aren';t sitting right in FF. They are fine in IE.
If I don't use php and just have everything on one html doc then it looks fine in FF so I thought the php might have been causing a prob.

Thanks anyway,
S
