IPowerweb PhpBB troubles

I keep getting error "can't connect to database"

I keep getting error "can't connect to database" after entering my info,seems im putting in the wrong Database Name.

Anyone know what the database name would be on IPOWERWEB,or do i need to go into cpanel and add a database in the MySql portion?

Or is there something else im missing?

Any help would be great,id even pay someone to help me install this message board...lol.

kindred1, I would log into your CPanel and see if there is a DB created with the Ipowerweb install. If it didnt create one then you will probably have to create it then reinstall it. Otherwise just make sure you are spelling the database correctly as well as the user and password. If you dont have any users set up for MySQL in CPanel it will not work because they dont have anyone to connect with it.
