I can't find one anywhere and the one's I found on hotscripts that looked half decent cost mulah.
Anyone know a good script they can recommend? Would appreciate it.

Guess not ;) Have you considered writing your own? Perhaps the best option considering your budget.

well if you use the system we were talking about in your other thread then you could store the filenames in a db then have a comments table that could store user comments then you template page could just include your comments script that could pull from the comments table based on the pagename.
