Running a Perl cart which is the whole site!

Want to use a PHP cart now but...........

We have a cart(ClickcartPro) which with a mod rewrite has become our WHOLE dynamic website.
We are TBPR 5 and well ranked everywhere for our main keywords
Problem is that,not being a techie,we have not been able to get unique page title tags so are stuck with one title for the whole site
We figured that this problem would be solved by changing to a PHP cart/site but are affraid /not sure how to make the transition so as not to lose ranking.
Any suggestions welcome

the bonus is if you are ranking for a single title across the site then changing titles should give you some nice jump. Probably the only way you could screw that part up is to accidentally have no title at all. ;)

I am guessing this product uses templating of some kind. You are going to have to dig into the templating system and figure out a way to hack in unique titles.
