Script that Uploads and Edits an html page.

Ok I own a Media Entertainment site. What I want to do is having something like a form that has like

File Name:
URL:
Thumbnail Image:
Description:

And it adds it to my site when someone fills it out and is embedded into my sites template sorta like a WIKI. Like a find and replace type deal.

Maybe like File Name whatever it is throws a .html on it and in my meta tag where the desc. is it is like {File_Name} so whatever they put it would replace it there and so on. It's really hard to explain and I know it takes mad skill with what i'm wanting to do. Hopefully someone knows what i'm talking about and can throw me a few links or help me out.

Have you tried getting something together yet? If PHP is new to you though, you may want to start with just the file uploading or perhaps the page editing first, then combine the two once you have the kinks worked out.
