Avoid automatic form filling

Hello world, i meets a problem then automatic engine fills my form and submits it to my database.
Anybody knows ways how to prevent it?

Can you give a little more detail about the problem... what automatic engine is filling in the form?

What sort of form is it? An error report form?

Have you considered some kind of visual confirmation check.
