I want to have a section of my website where people can pay for a 1 year membership but, if they do not renew then their membership is canceled and they are removed automaticlly. Does anyone know of a script or software that could do this? I don't want to have to manage and track each account manually. Thanks

Some CMS systems can integrate with PayPal to do this. It's usually an add-in module and I'm not sure how well it would integrate with what you currently have, but it's worth looking.
I did a few searches for things like
[cms name] subscription
And the few I could think of all appear to have something available.

If you find a CMS that works for you and has pretty close to what you want, but not exactly, many (if not most) have a set of folks who make their living by providing custom modules. I have *never* gone this route with any CMS, so it's not an endorsement, it's just an idea that may get you up and running real fast for relatively cheap.
