Backup mySQL database

I hosted a site on a web-hosting service company.

Although they have own backup, I want to have my own backup.
But I only have access to mySQL db by phpMyAdmin, but dont have to telnet access.

I can made backup by running "SQL-dump" from phpMyAdmin, I need to run this kind of "SQL-dump" automatically, and periodically.

Any idea?
