Do I need both php and php admin to create web pages?

Do you mean PHPMyAdmin? If so, the answer's no, you don't. PHPMyAdmin is a MySQL database administration tool. Very useful, but only if you're using MySQL.

Yes am using mysql ( intend to!). How can I get them work in dreamweaver?

Ah, y'see you had to go and mention the Dreamweaver thing. ;) No idea on that front, but I'm sure there are some WebmasterWorld who do use PHP and Dreamweaver together ... (hint, hint)

As soon as I execute mysql it crashes system. Also I have mysql and php and phpadmin but i cant sync these three at all!
