In reviewing some keyword performance I have noticed that keyword order is making a difference in rankings. In the past I have not noticed this. Is it new?
For example white widget will rank differently than widget white. I am not sure how exact match and broad match come into play.
Anyone have similar experience? Thanks

Keyword order is important. If a person searches for "shipping box" they are probably looking for a container. If someone searches for "box shipping" they are probably looking for a service. The CTR could be very different since the order of keywords could change what the user really wants.

Broadmatched words might behave like phrase or exact matches. Therefore, when choosing the keyword order, this post need to be kept in mind: [webmasterworld.com...] (post 19)
