What is your research technique for sifting through WordTracker?

I am very interested and curious to know:
What is your search technique in using WordTracker to research and find new / similar keywords?

I am using it right now. I use the free version most of the time but I am about to use the paid version tomorrow for more in depth research. I use the numbers they provide to prioritize the kw. I don't have any hope that the number means that I may get that many clicks. It just helps to prioritize. Also it has been very helpfull for finding mispellings. I don't know how I could live without it.
