Can someone please explain the Google modifiers allintext and intext.

Specifically, If I type in the following search...

intext:word1 word2 word3

How does it search, does it search for word1 ONLY in the text (NOT IN Headlines, titles, alt text, links, urls, etc...) and word2 and word3 ANYWHERE in the page (IN Headlines, titles, alt text, links, urls, etc...)?

OR...

Does it search for Word1 word2 word3 ONLY in the text. (Does it search for ALL the words in the Text ONLY)

Thanks
Bruce
