1) Blue Widgets
2) Blue Widgets - Find Blue Widgets quickly!

What do you think is better?
A user searching blue widgets, now what google will conisder best and rank above (please avoid talking about other factors that influences results bla bla... we are talking just about the title now)

I mean title 2) has double presence of the matched keyword, but 1) has 100% of keywords which is concise...

What should rank better, and what do you personally consider a better title?

I think it's better to use a word just once in a title at the moment but this may change over time. (It used to be twice). Do a search in your area and check the top results.

Using a word twice is OK if it is used that way in the search term, like in "to be or not to be".
