I need database of search terms

I am thinking of building search engine and I need keywords database of top searches, let say 100-150k. What i need is keyword and related keyword, Something like Altavista has where you have your keyword and list of related searches.

I found site 'Aleksika.com' they offer web service but it is a little bit out of my packet.

Can you recommend any places I can go and purchase similar product?

Same results as overture. I'd use overture:

overture only gives 100 results for a keyword. Search their database (A-Z) and you will find up to 3000 keywords.
