overture's keyword suggestion

how effective are they?

hi all,
i am new to SEO and heard about overture tool and using for the optimization. i haven't uploaded the keyword terms collected from oveture. plz give your views for the overture, is it a good tool to be used?

i am working on a website with b2b trade and hundered of products to offer and auctions.

The OT term suggestion tool is great for initial "does anybody type in x" type research.

If I find interesting and popular (in theory) phrases using this, I target them and use Overture's reports/watch my web logs to work out how popular they really are.

How accurate is the OT suggestion tool? That varies between pretty good and totally useless :)
