Keywords in url

Does it help at all to use your keywords in the url?

example [mywebsite...]

Or does it not matter at all/not taken into affect by the spiders?

IMHO it either does not help or helps such a small amount relative to other factors that it may not be worth it.

However, if its for new pages you might as well use it as it won't do any harm. If you are asking as you are considering changing the name of existing page, I would consider it not worth the effort - spend that time improving something else on the site.
