Keyword Repositories

Hello all,

I know that wordtracker has keyword repositories
for sale in sizes of top 10k, 20, 100k etc., but
they get rather pricey rather fast.

Does anyone know of other places that sell large
top 100k, 500k, etc repositories for a more
reasonable price?
