Anyone else have any other sites that can analyse keywords? If so, how does
it compare with WordTracker?

Overture's term suggestion tool is pretty good for a rough and ready look at search activity. It doesn't have an equivalent to WT's KEI, though.

You can use this alongside the Overture bids tool to do a little competitive research ...

Google's sandbox can also be used to find what Google considers a similiar search term like wordtracker's thesaurus feature for keywords.
