Is there any good software available that generates "quality" SE Optimized pages?

Welcome to the forums

Sorry. There is no software that can do that for you. Read around here, ask questions and study websites. You will do 100X better than if you used and out of the box optimisation package.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, adnet99!

As ukgimp said, there are no magic shortcuts to SEO, read around. The best place to start is Brett's Successful Site in 12 Months with Google Alone [webmasterworld.com], followed by browsing around the Google Forum's library [webmasterworld.com]

There are two reasons why I focus on Google: For many of us it is the main source of SE traffic, and in general sites optimized for Google do well in other SEs.

I agree with the messages above. I learned everything I know from this site. And just by using a bit of sense I got my site #1 and #2 for my keywords by reading and adapting the pages to the advice given here. And in the process beat 4 sites which were using software and external companies to promote their positions. In my very short an limited experience site which use software and external companies, don't really understand the value of their pages, and never perform any tweaks.

Never underestimate the power of a <H1><H2> and <P> in the right place.

Yes, there is such software - the general rule in the Cloaking forum seems to be to point towards this page, so here goes: [dmoz.org...]

There's about a ton of reasons why this could be a very bad idea. For some cases it might not be, but i really don't think this path should be your first choice - there are almost always alternatives that are more efficient and have lower risk.

I doubt if this is really what you need, otherwise you would not have posted this question i believe. In stead, i think you mean something like the W3C validator, only for SEO - such a service does not really exist.

The software is the one in your head.

Stick around, read these forums (especially Brett's 12 month guide as mentioned above).

You will then have all the knowledge you need to make DreamWeaver (or any other html page production software) produce perfectly SEO'd pages.

It's really very very simple.
